The Order was read for the consideration of the Business of Supply.

Mr. Duceppe (Laurier–Sainte-Marie), seconded by Ms. Guay (Laurentides), moved, – That this House call upon the government not to participate in the military intervention initiated by the United States in Iraq.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following division:

The following 50 MPs voted against the motion calling upon the Government of Canada not to participate in the United States’ military intervention [illegal invasion, overthrow and occupation] in Iraq.
